Pritchitts began exporting in the 1970s with humble beginnings in the Middle East and Europe. We now export to over 60 countries and continue to expand. Our customers are based in various countries from Russia and Latvia, to Dubai and Vietnam. Consequently, we know the desires of the international dairy market yet understand that each market is different and have been able to specifically manufacture products designed for individual market needs.
Our international markets are extremely important to Pritchitts. With specialist staff dedicated to order fulfillment, new product development, sales and marketing and with field managers located strategically in key countries, we regularly attend trade shows around the world, and supply our customers with marketing support, packaging, brochures and other point of sale materials.
Our distributors regularly visit our factories in Northern and Southern Ireland to look at new products, processes and systems, and we encourage their employees to attend training days, so that they can gain a full understanding of our product portfolio, enabling them to better communicate with their customers.
This, coupled with our Quality Policy has helped maintain the high standards of the company and aided Pritchitts in receiving the Queens Award for export in 1999 and the Food from Britain Northern Ireland exporter of the year award in 2004 and 2007.
