MTA Foods is a UK manufacturer
of premium quality meat alternative products. Our Soya
based range contains no artificial colours, flavours or
preservatives; the products are low in fat with no
saturated fat or cholesterol – a healthy alternative to
meat, however, with no compromise on taste or texture,
the closest eating experience to meat.
Why Soya? Our Soya comes from
a fully traceable, sustainable source and provides the 9
essential amino acids to promote healthy living. Soya
protein is the only complete vegetable protein.
Our products are marketed
under the brand “Meet the Alternative”; all frozen with
a maximum shelf-life of 18 months from manufacture, our

In the UK, we are present in
Waitrose, Ocado and the Health Food sector. We also
supply private label to a number of UK major multiples.
Our products are approved by
the Vegetarian Society and our Beef Style Mince 500g is
suitable for Vegans. However, we are also targeting meat
reducers who are conscious of health and environmental
issues but who are unwilling to compromise on flavour or
