regarding duties, levies and VAT charges. We have at
Felixstowe a specialised F&D division which solely deals
with the importation of various food and drink products
from all over the world. DAP?s custom clearance service
is designed with you in mind to ensure your costs are
kept to a minimum whilst providing guidance and advice.
We offer full UK customs procedure facilities at all UK
ports with direct links to the H.M. Customs & Excise
computer system ? CHIEF.
Warehousing and Distribution
Our warehouses? computerised stock control system now
manages in excess of 150,000 sq ft of secure warehousing
space with an annual warehouse throughput exceeding
150,000 tonnes.
With over 1,600 spaces of racking and a comprehensive
range of specialised equipment such as paper, pulp and
drum handlers, extending fork jibs and mobile floor
ramps, we can take care of all your warehousing
requirements.
A full range of support services are available which
include full computerised stock control system, pick and
pack, re-labelling and weighting facilities, long term
contract rates, full UK part load and full load
distribution by a dedicated fleet of vehicles from small
vans to 44 tonne gross curtain-sided vehicles, container
deliveries. express transit movements and refrigerated
and temperature controlled deliveries
