Coombe Castle International (CCI) is a leading exporter
of Cheese, Creams and Butter from the highlands and
Islands of Great Britain. We have been marketing and
distributing these products to our principal markets;
the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Europe and
South Africa for over 30 years.
Under Coombe Castle’s “The Devon Cream Company” brand,
we began producing Double Devon Cream in 1980. We
produce our creams using a unique gentle heat process,
which maximises freshness and flavour whilst giving an
extended chilled shelf life. Our range now includes
Double Devon Cream, Clotted Cream, and Clotted Cream
with Brandy, Crème Fraȋches and Double Devon Cream
Butter.
We have an extensive selection of delicious and
beautiful cheeses from all corners of our diverse
country with English classics such as Blue Stilton,
Leicester, Derby and Double Gloucester, Artisan cheeses
of distinction and a range of both traditional handmade
with pdo status and creamery Cheddars from England,
Wales, Scotland and Ireland. We are constantly
introducing the latest in innovative and entertaining
cheeses.
